The Hiboy EX11 runs a 750W rear hub motor peaking at 880W with 90 Nm of torque, enough to pull a 20% grade. What separates it from most fat-tire bikes at this price is the torque sensor — instead of a cadence sensor that simply detects pedalling, it measures how hard you push and scales power to match, so assist arrives smoothly rather than in a surge.
A removable 48V 18Ah battery stores 864Wh and returns up to 100 miles on pedal assist or up to 53 miles on throttle alone, measured with a 165 lb rider. It charges on or off the bike in 9 to 10 hours, and both the pack and the motor are UL 2849 and UL 2272 certified.
Full suspension is the headline: an 80mm lockout dual-crown fork up front and a 4-link rear suspension, riding on 26 × 4.0 puncture-resistant fat tires with reflective sidewalls. Dual-piston hydraulic disc brakes on 180mm rotors handle stopping at both ends, and a Shimano 1×7 drivetrain covers the pedalling range.
Unlike most high-power fat-tire bikes, the EX11 ships as a Class 2 e-bike limited to 20 MPH on throttle, with Class 3 unlockable for 28 MPH on pedal assist where local law permits — so it is road legal as delivered.
